摘 要:在单缸135柴油机上进行了不同配比乳化重油燃烧与排放特性对比试验,并应用掺水10%的乳化重油在双缸135柴油机上进行了验证试验。结果表明,对高速柴油机作少许改动后,便可以直接燃用乳化重油;与燃用重油相比,燃用乳化重油时柴油机经济性与排放性均有所改善,燃油消耗率降低至少4%,NOx排放体积分数降低至少20%,烟度降低至少17%。The contrast experiments among burning different ratios of emulsified heavy oil were carried out on a 135 single-cylinder diesel engine to test the combustion and emission performance. The emulsified heavy oil mixed with 10 percent of water was fueled on a 135 double-cylinder diesel engine to for further analysis. The result shows that the high speed diesel engine can be fueled with the emulsified heavy oil with slight modification. Compared with the heavy oil, the emulsified heavy oil helps to improve the economy and emission performance of diesel engine. When the emulsified heavy oil is fueled, the brake specific fuel consumption is reduced by at least 4 percent, the NOx emission is reduced by at least 20 percent and the exhaust smoke is reduced by at least 17 percent.
