摘  要:目的探讨微波辐射对动物免疫功能影响以及安多霖对辐射损伤的保护作用。方法雄性SD大鼠48只,随机分为4组,每组12只,即:阴性对照组、辐射组和2个药物实验组(给药Ⅰ组6 g·kg-1·d-1体质量,给药Ⅱ组12 g·kg-1·d-1体质量)。药物实验组动物连续灌胃给药30 d,阴性对照组和辐射组给予同体积的蒸馏水。辐射组和2个药物实验组动物经微波全身一次照射,对动物血清白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的活力进行了检测。结果辐射组动物IL-2的活力明显低于阴性对照组和2个给药组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);各组间血清中IL-6活力的差异无显著性;给药Ⅱ组大鼠血清TNF-α水平低于辐射组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论一定剂量的微波辐射可引起大鼠血清IL-2活力明显降低,安多霖对微波辐射引起的IL-2活力降低具有升高作用。Objective To study the effect of microwave on cytokines in rats and protective effects of anduolin. Methods 48 SD rats were randomly divided into 2 treatment groups and 2 control groups (normal control and model control). Rats in the treatment groups were orally administrated with anduolin for 30 days, while the same amotmt and same period of distilled water was applied to the controls. Rats in the treatment groups were irradiated by microwave. Serum levels of IL-2, IL-6 and TNF-α were determined with radioimmunoassay. Results Serum level of IL-2 in model control group was statistically lower than those in two treatment groups and normal control group ( P 〈 0.05). There was no difference in serum level of IL-6 among two treatment groups, normal control group and model control group. Serum level of TNF-α in the treatment group administrated with 12 g/kg · BW of anduolin was significandy lower than that in model control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) and there was no difference among other groups. Conclusion Certain dose of microwave irradiation can induce the decrease of IL-2 in rat' s serum and anduolin has protective effects on cytokines in rats irradiated with microwave.
