摘　　要：地面测报月数据文件是一个已经标准化了的文本文件,其中包含了全月的原始观测数据。由于其内容繁多,格式复杂,在基层台站的气象统计应用及对外服务中不易被直接使用。通过一个具体的VBA应用程序的开发,演示了用VBA读写地面气象观测数据文件和操作Excel的详细过程,最终实现了不同观测次数及不同观测方式的A文件批量导入到Excel文件,旨在用现有的工具软件来提高工作效率,减轻日常工作负荷。The surface meteorological observation data file （File A） is a text file, which contains raw observation data of a month, including four parts （station parameters, observation data, quality control and additional information）. The observation data consist of 20 surface elements with each having different record formats according to the type of the station and observation method. Because of its multiplicity and complicacy, the data file is inconvenient to use directly. A transformation system of surface meteorological observation data files based on VBA and the detailed procedures of data transformation is developed. It can be used to import File A into Excel in bulk for the data observed at different times and with different methods so to improve working efficiency.
