银杏叶注射液对老年髋部骨折患者TXB_2和6-k-PGF_(1α)水平的影响

摘　　要：目的研究银杏叶注射液对老年髋部骨折患者血栓素B2(TXB2)和6-酮-前列环素F1α(6-k-PGF1α)水平的影响。方法将老年髋部骨折患者120例随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组给予骨牵引治疗及银杏叶注射液25 mL加入5%葡萄糖或生理盐水250 mL中静脉滴注,每日1次,连续14 d为1个疗程,对照组入院后仅给予骨牵引治疗。2组患者分别于入院24 h后及2周后采取静脉血监测TXB2和6-k-PGF1α的水平。结果治疗组在治疗2周后TXB2水平下降,6-k-PGF1α水平升高,与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P均<0.05);对照组TXB2水平及6-k-PGF1α水平无明显变化(P均>0.05)。2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论对于老年髋部骨折患者使用银杏叶注射液2周可降低TXB2水平,升高6-k-PGF1α水平。Objective It is to observe the influence of ginkgo leaf injecta on the levels of thromboxane B2 （TXB2） and 6- Keton-prostaglandinin （6 - K-PGF1α） in elderly patients with hip fractures. Methods 120 elderly patients with hip fracture were randomly divided into 2.groups. The treatment group received ginkgo leaf injecta for 2 weeks, and the control group were not given. Both groups were examined the serum levels of TXB2 and 6 - K - PGF1α at 24 h and 2nd week after admission. Results In the treatment group, the values of TXB2 after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment （P 〈0.05）, while 6 - K - PGF1α was elevated as contrary （P〈0.05）. In the control group, the levels of TXB2 and 6 - K - PGF1α were no significant change （P 〉 0.05）. There was significant difference in both groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For elderly patients with hip fracture, ginkgo leaf injecta can decrease the levels of TXB2 and increase the levels of 6 - K - PGF1α.
