摘　　要：针对锦西石化分公司南蒸馏装置炉用风机原有骨架密封频繁漏油的问题,进行了技术改造,设计成磁力机械密封,文章详尽论述了磁力密封的结构原理、结构特点及材料选择,并对其使用后的经济效益进行了分析。To solve the frequent leakage of framework seal for furnace blower in the distillation unit at Jinxi Petrochemical Company, the framework seal was replaced with magnetic force mechanical seal. This paper discusses in detail the configuration, characteristics and material selection of magnetic force mechanical seal, and introduces its economic benefit. It is of great help to improve the management level of rotating equipment as well as equipment maintenance and repair.
