摘 要:对于缓倾斜极薄矿脉的开采,通常采用全面法、削壁充填法、选别回采、长壁法等采矿方法。其共同问题是贫化损失大,安全条件差。基于此类问题本文从以下3方面进行研究解决:1.不留矿石矿柱,实行连续回采,最大限度地提高矿石回收率;2.单采矿石,控制采幅,减少贫化;3.利用低矮胶结条柱支撑顶板岩层,控制地压,确保回采工作安全。经过试验研究总结出的全粒级废石胶结条柱连续分条采矿法解决了品位高、赋存条件复杂、顶板不稳固、开采难度大的缓倾斜极薄石英矿脉的开采难题,为黄金矿山薄矿体的高效开采提供了一个新思路。For the gently inclined and extremely-thin vein, the mining methods including breasting method, waste-lifting stoping, resue stoping, long walling were usually adopted. The common problems existed in the use of above methods were great in the dilution and loss of ore, and poor in the safety conditions, which were studied and solved by the following three aspects: 1. the ore recovery was greatly increased on condition of successive stoping without pillar; 2. nothing more than the ore mining, controlling the working site and reducing the dilution were carried out ; 3. the ground pressure was controlled by making use of low cemented pillars to support roof strata so as to ensure the safe stoping. The difficult problems such as high grade, complicated occurrence, instable roof and great difficulty in exploitation in the mining of gently inclined and extremely - thin quartz veins were solved by the continuous mining in stripes with full size waste rock cemented pillar summarized by our tests and studies, which provided a new idea for mining thin ore body of golden mine in high efficiency.
