摘  要:[目的]探讨四川省盐源县流行性出血热的危险因素。[方法]采用1︰1配对病例对照研究,通过回顾性问卷调查,获取盐源县流行性出血热的暴露因素。[结果]共调查了50对病例和对照。病例组和对照组的年龄无统计学差异(t=0.1759,P﹥0.05),可比性好。在P﹤0.05显著水平下,条件Logistic回归单因素分析和多因素分析均有统计学意义的因素为:家中有柴草堆或稻草堆(OR=4.2798,β=1.4539),吃过鼠接触过的东西(OR=3.5478,β=1.2663)和直接接触过家禽家畜的排泄物(OR=3.9519,β=1.3742)。[结论]家中有柴草堆或稻草堆,吃过鼠接触过的东西,直接接触过家禽家畜的排泄物可能是盐源县流行性出血热发病的危险因素,这对当地EHF的综合防治有指导意义。[Objective] To find out the risk factors for epidemic hemorrhagic fever ( EHF) in Yanyuan County in Sichuan Province. [Methods] Through 1︰1 matched case-control study, the risk factors were retrospectively investigated. [Results] 0 pairs of cases and controls were investigated. There was no significant difference between cases and controls in age (t = 0.1759, P﹥0.05). According to the significance level of P (P﹤0.05), three factors were statistically significant both in single-factor analysis and multiple-factor analysis of conditional logistic regression. They were having haystack in yard or indoor (OR=4.2798, β=1.4539), having eaten the food polluted by rats (OR=3.5478, β=1.2663) and directly contacting with the excreta of poultry or livestock (OR=3.9519, β=1.3742). [Conclusion] Having haystack in yard or indoor, having eaten the food polluted by rats and contacting with the excreta of livestock directly may be the risk factors for EHF in Yanyuan County in Sichuan Province, which is helpful for integrated control of local EHF.
