摘　　要：[目的]了解乡镇防保机构工作制度规范情况。[方法]通过问卷调查对2360名专职防保人员、兼职防保人员或其他卫生人员工作中的依据、操作规范、技术手册、获取专业知识的途径以及工作完成情况的自我评价等方面做出描述和比较。[结果]乡镇防保人员工作缺少制度保证,工作欠规范。[结论]防保工作有自己的特殊性,要加强制度建设,规范工作规程。[Objective] To investigate the present conditions of the job regulation and criterion of health care institution in township. [Methods] Depicted and contrasted 2 360 health care personnel in township about their job basis, operating condition, technical manual, way of obtaining knowledge, appraisement of their jog and so on by questionnaire. [ Results] Township health care staff were lacking of regulation and criterion in their work. [Conclusion] Township health care work has particularity, it is ncessary to strengthen regulation system, and regulate the rule and process.
