颌面部骨折患者心理状况分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解颌面部骨折患者心理状况,为今后的颌面部骨折患者心理治疗提供理论依据。[方法]对2006-2007年在四川大学华西口腔医院口腔颌面外科50例颌面部骨折入院患者进行一般情况调查、简易应对方式、自我评价抑郁和自我评价焦虑的问卷调查。[结果]患者自评焦虑量表总分均值为48.64±13.05,自评抑郁量表总分均值为43.68±13.52,总体呈现负性精神状态。患者心理状态有显著性差异,与费用承担方式、受伤部位、应对方式和面容改变程度呈正相关性,与家庭收入与学历呈负相关性。[结论]当患者发生颌面部骨折后,普遍表现出一种负性精神状态,而且患者的心理状况表现为躯体症状,应该引起医务工作人员和患者家属的重视,并对患者的护理中给予重视。[Objective] To evaluate the psychological situations of the maxillofacial bone factures patients for the daily nurse care and doctor’s attention. [Methods] 50 patients in West China College of Stomatology of Sichuan University during the year 2006-2007 were tested by the common situation questionnaire, simple coping ways questionnaire, the self-rating depression scale （SDS） and the self-rating anxiety scale （SAS）. [Results] Negative psychological situations were shown by the SDS scores （48.64 ± 13.05） and SAS scores （43.68 ± 13.52）. The spending ways, injury sites, facial alternation, dealing ways had relation with the scores and the family income, education background were negative correlations. [Conclusion] The psychological situation of the maxillofacial bone fractures patients is always a negative psychological situation. This kind of negative psychological situation may manifest the body symptoms. It’s significant for the daily nurse care and doctor’s attention.
