中药消毒剂中熊果酸的高效液相色谱分析

摘　　要：[目的]建立中药消毒剂中熊果酸的高效液相色谱法。[方法]样品经乙醚提取,氮气吹干,流动相定容后,高效液相色谱测定。[结果]熊果酸含量在1.0-50.0μg/ml线性良好,检出限为0.2μg/ml,标准峰面积相对标准偏差（relative standard derivation,RSD）为7.88%,样品峰面积RSD为9.06%。用于中药消毒剂样品测定,加标回收率在89.0%-104.0%。[结论]方法简便灵敏,适用于中药消毒剂的分析。[Objective] To develop determination method of ursolic acid in Chinese herb disinfector with HPLC. [Methods] Extracted ursolic acid with ether in Chinese herb disinfector then determined with HPLC. [Results] The linear range was 1.0μg / ml-50.0μg / ml and the detection limit was 0.2μg / ml. The relative standard derivation （RSD） of area for ursolic acid standard and sample solution was 7.88% and 9.06% respectively. The proposed method was used for several disinfector analyses. The recoveries were 89.0%-104.0% for ursolic acid. [Conclusion] The method is simple, quick and suitable for analysis of Chinese herb disinfector.
