摘  要:试验研究了用一种从温泉采集并经过驯化的嗜热嗜酸菌(A.b菌)浸出青海某黄铜矿精矿。通过小型试验,确定了最佳工艺参数,研究了细菌的生长规律。根据小型试验结果进行了扩大试验,取得了满意的效果。对这种嗜热嗜酸菌应用于堆浸提出了初步设想。Leaching of chalcopyrite concentrate, Qinghai by thermolhilic acidophilus (A. b) bacteria collected from a hot spring and domesticated has been researched through tests to determine the best process parameters. The results show that pH value, mixing speed, temperature, etc. have effects on leaching of chalcopyrite concentrate. Growth law of bacteria at 60℃ are also studied. On the small tests results, expanding tests are made and satisfactory results are achieved. An initial idea using the therrnophilic acidophilus bacteria to heaping leaching of chalcopyrite concentrate are put forwarded.
