摘　　要：以全国公路交通阻断信息服务系统及采集的阻断数据为背景,提出了全国公路交通阻断信息数据统计与分析的意义与作用;全面地论述了阻断信息数据样本量的提取原则及过程,说明了数据样本的采用与处理情况;设计了阻断信息数据分析核心指标,建立了数据分析统计模型并确定了二维图表转换函数的选取;全面列举阻断信息核心数据指标统计分布情况与分析的结果,并给出了研究的最终结论。Based on the national blocked road information service system and the blocked road information, the significance and the function of data statistics and analysis of the blocked road information were proposed. The extraction principle and the process of the data sample size was elaborated, the utilizing and processing situation of the data sample were explained. The core analysis target of the data sample was designed, the statistical model of data analysis was established, and the selection of two-dimensional diagram transfer function was identified. The data distribution and analysis results were enumerated, and the final conclusion was proposed.
