摘 要:依据纳米TiO2光催化降解特性,进行纳米TiO2最佳添加量和表面活性剂使用量的优化配比试验,并利用喷涂负载技术,研制了水泥混凝土纳米TiO2光催化环保材料,从而净化机动车排放污染物。通过自行开发设计的室内模拟自动检测系统试验,得出纳米TiO2最佳添加量为5%,表面活性剂最佳使用量为3%的优化配比方案;同时证明了采用渗透负载技术制备的水泥混凝土纳米TiO2光催化环保材料在2mm磨损范围内,仍具有良好净化效果。在此理论研究基础上,进行了实际公路环境应用,并通过TiO2喷涂区与非喷涂区对比测试试验验证,结果表明该环保材料的有效净化范围在6%-12%。Based on decontamination of vehicle emissions by using nanometer titanium dioxide (nano-TiO2 ) photocatalysis method, optimization about content of nano-TiO2 and surfactant were tested and the nano-TiO2 environmental protection materials for concrete pavement were developed by utilizing permeability technology to decontaminate vehicle emissions. By testing with a kind of automatism testing systems designed by ourselves, the optimized matching scheme was obtained: the content of nano-TiO2 is 5% and content of surfactant is 3% .At the same time the experiments show that the nano-TiO2 environmental protection materials for concrete pavement made by permeability technology has good decontamination effect in 2 mm wearing and tearing thickness. On the basis of this research, the productions were used in road environment. The decontamination effect was tested by contrast in TiO2 spraying section and non-spraying section. The result show that decontamination rate of the productions is from 6% to 12%.
