摘　　要：癌症是基因治疗的主要对象,本文介绍了肿瘤基因治疗的方法,在基因治疗中存在的关键问题,近十几年来基因治疗的临床试验进展,并对基因治疗的安全性进行了阐述,同时分析了基因治疗的前景及未来的发展趋势。The cancer is the major object of gene therapy. This paper introduce the method of gene therapy of cancer, the key problem in gene therapy and the clinical trial advances of gene therapy in the past ten years. At the same time the safety of gene therapy and the development of gene therapy are also introduced in this paper.
