摘　　要：介绍了煤矿三量和损失量管理信息系统功能的设计原理和功能实现。通过验证,实现了煤矿三量及损失量管理工作规范化、自动化和高效化,提高了办公效率,在煤矿具有较大地推广价值。This paper presents the design principle and function realization of the coal mine three coal reserves and loss management information system in details. Through on -site application, achieve the standardization and automation and efficiency of the three coal reserves management, increase the efficiency of the office and has great promotional value in coal Mine .
