摘　　要：[目的]探讨对高血压病病人实施分级管理,进行社区护理干预的效果。[方法]对社区140例高血压病病人实施分级管理、随访和社区护理干预,观察其效果。[结果]护理干预后高血压病病人相关知识知晓率、遵医行为明显高于干预前,心脑血管疾病并发症的发病率明显低于干预前,均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]对社区高血压病病人进行分级管理与护理干预,能有效提高高血压病病人的遵医行为,降低血压水平,减少并发症发生率。Objective：To probe into the effect of carrying out hierarchical management and community nursing intervention for hypertensive disease patients. Methods,A total of 140 hypertensive disease patients in community were carried out hierarchical management, follow - up and nursing intervention. Then the effect of it was observed. Results.Both the illness awareness rate and compliance behavior of hypertensive disease patients after accepting nursing intervention were much higher than that of before intervention. And the incidences of cardiac and cerebral vascular diseases complications of them after nursing intervention were lower than that of before intervention. There were statistical significant differences between them （all P〈0.01）. Conclusion：To carry out hierarchical management and nursing intervention for hypertensive disease patients in community can effective enhance their compliance behavior. It can lower blood pressure of hypertensive disease patients and reduce the incidence of complications of them.
