摘  要:[目的]为紫花苜蓿耐盐育种和资源开发利用提供科学依据。[方法]选取14个国内外苜蓿品种,采用水培法进行试验研究,测定不同处理时间叶与根中丙二醛含量。[结果]结果表明,赛特、德宝、苜蓿王和金皇后的耐盐性较强;皇后、WH323ML、放牧者、阿尔冈金、WL323HQ和固原紫花的耐盐性中等;WL324、三得利、WL232HQ和德福的耐盐性较差。[结论]试验确定的耐盐性品种还应进行田间试验验证。[Objective] The research aimed to provide scientific references for the salt tolerance breeding and rescotwces development oi Medicago sativa L. [Method] 14 alfalfa varieties were selected from domestic and abroad to carry out salt tolerance experiment. And the changes of MDA in leaves and roots were measured at different treatment time. [Result] The results showed that Sitel, Derby, Alfalfa King and Gold Empress had better salt tolerance. Queen, WH323ML, Haygrazer, Algonquin, WL323HQ and Guyuan alfalfa were next. And WL324, Sanditi, WL232HQ and Defy had worst salt tocerante. [Conclusion] Salt tolerance varieties obtained in this study needed field experiments to verify.
