摘　　要：[目的]研究东方百合索蚌(Sorboune)、元帅(Acapulco)、西伯利亚(Siberia)茎尖分生组织分化,生产脱毒种苗。[方法]利用MS培养基和外源激素,对东方百合品种进行茎尖组织培养。[结果]鳞片诱导小仔球的最适培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L。茎尖诱导和分化的最适培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L。[结论]在百合种球产业化生产中,该方法是获得百合复壮原种的主要手段。[Objective] The research aimed to study the stem tip meristem differentiation of Lilium oriental L. Sorboune, Acapulco and Siberia and produee the virus-free plantlets. [Method] By using MS media and exogenous hormones, the stem tip meristem culture of lily eultivars was made. [Result] optimum medium for inducing the bulblet by scales was MS ＋ 6-BA 1.0 mg/L ＋ NAA 0.2 mg/L. The optimum medium for the stem tip induction and differentiation was MS ＋ 6-BA 1.0 mg/L ＋ NAA 0.5 mg/L. [Conclusion] In the bulb industrialized production, this method was the main means for obraining the rejuvenation seedlings of lily.
