摘 要:[目的]探讨蟹味菇高产栽培技术。[方法]通过实验室内子实体组织分离培养获得健壮的菌种,并对菌种进行纯化、保存,采用深层培养方法进行液体发酵。[结果]结果表明,蟹味菇较易进行组织培养,污染率小,可获得优良菌株;蟹味菇胞外高产木聚糖酶,但不分泌漆酶。[结论]该研究为蟹味菇的深入研究提供相关地基础资料。[Objective]The purpose of this research was to discuss high-yieding cultural techniques of Hypsizygus marmoreus. [Method] Portly mycelium was obtained by tissue isolation culture of Hypsizygus marmoreus in the lab, and subliming and holding mycelium. The method of deep culture was used to make liquid zymosis. [Result]The results indicated that the tissue culture of Hypsizygus marmoreus was easy, and contamination rate was small and the excellent strains were gained. The yield of xylanase attained from Hypsizygus marmoreus cell ectoenzym were high, but did not secrete laccase. [Conclusion]This study will provide the relatively basic data for lucubrateing Hypsizygus marmoreu.
