摘 要:[目的]探讨巨桉人工林土壤动物的生态学特征。[方法]大型土壤动物在样方中采用手捡的方法,中小型土壤动物是在样地内典型土壤剖面上取土样,然后在室内用Tullgren和Baermann的方法进行分离。[结果]通过初步鉴定,四川省洪雅县巨桉人工林样地共发现15 228头土壤动物(不包括原生土壤动物),分属7门14纲31目。巨桉人工林土壤动物类群数、个体数和DG指数均具有明显的季节动态,在秋季(10月)最高,春季(4月)最低,夏季和冬季居中。土壤动物密度在土壤剖面上具明显表聚性。由于土壤动物捕食的原因,土壤微生物的季节动态与土壤动物有所不同。[结论]巨桉人工林土壤动物的多样性比乡土树种青冈次生林稍低,但二者并无显著差异。[Objective] The study aimed to discuss the ecological characteristics of soil fauna in Eucalyptus grandis plantation. [Method] The soil macro animals were collected in soil samples by hand sorting and the meddle-micro soil fauna were separated by Tullgren and Baermann methods from the soil samplings taken from the typical soil profiles in each plot. [Result] The preliminary identification showed that there were 15 228 specimens of soil animals without including protozoa, which belonged to 31 orders, 14 classes, and 7 phyla, in soil samplings from E. grandis plantation plots in Hongya County in Sichuan Province. The numbers of groups and individuals and the DG index of soil fauna in E. grandis plantation all had distinct seasonal dynamics, which were highest in autumn (October), lowest in spring(April) and intermediate in summer and winter. The density of soil animals in each profile had obvious properties of surface-aggregation. Because of some predatory soil fauna, the seasonal dynamics of soil microbes differed from that of the soil fauna. [Conclusion] The species diversity of soil fauna in E. grandis plantation was slightly lower than that in Quercus acutissima secondary forest, but their difference was not significant.
