摘　　要：应用逆转录多聚酶链反应（ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ）技术，参照国外发表的人白细胞介素１７（ｈＩＬ－１７）ｃＤＮＡ全基因序列，利用自行设计合成的１对引物，从ＰＨＡ活化的正常人外周血单个核细胞中，扩增出ｈＩＬ－１７ｃＤＮＡ基因，并定向插入ｐＵＣ１８载体，构建了ｈＩＬ－１７基因重组体，经ＤＮＡ序列测定，确认为ｈＩＬ－１７基因，这为今后进一步研究ｈＩＬ－１７的生物学功能提供可靠的物质基础。uman IL17 is a new kind of cytokine derived from actived CD4+ T cells. With reference to the published sequence of the human IL17 gene, a pair of DNA primers were designed and synthesized. A 473 bp fragment encoding full length of hIL17 cDNA gene was successfully amplified by using RTPCR, and then cloned into pUC18 vector. The recombinant plasmid was sequenced. The result showed that the fragment cloned into pUC18 was human hIL17 cDNA. It would promote the further research in molecular biology of hIL17.
