摘 要:分析了偏氯乙烯生产过程中氯乙炔和过氧化物的产生原因,提出了预防和治理措施。提高混合效果,提高闪蒸效果,控制滴加的碱液含量等,可以减少氯乙炔的产生;避免VDC与空气接触和阳光接触,减少VDC与金属铁的接触,减少原料1,1,2-三氯乙烷的含酸含氯量,在VDC生产过程中添加阻聚剂等,可以减少过氧化物的产生。实施后,氯乙炔的质量分数从原来的0.3×10-3下降至20×10-6以下,VDC稳定性提高,引发自聚的时间从原来的2h延长至10h以上(未加阻聚剂),不再出现燃爆异常现象,实现安全生产。The mechanism for the generation of chloroacetylene and peroxide during the production of vinyidene chloride(VDC) were analyzed, and the preventive and treatable measures were proposed.The generation of chloroacetylene could be reduced by improving blending effect and flash effect, or by controlling the content of alkali solution added dropwisely.The generation of peroxide could be reduced by avoiding VDC from contacting with air and light, reducing the contacting of VDC and metallic iron, reducing the acid and chloride content of the raw material 1,1,2-trichloroethane, and adding inhibitor during the production process.The mass fraction of chloroacetylene was reduced to 20×10-6 or below from 0.3×10-3, stability of VDC was improved, the auto-agglutination time was prolonged from 2 h to 10 h or over under the condition inhibitor was not added, the burning and explosive matter didn't occur again, and goal of safe production was achieved.
