TOD模式下上海轨道交通2号线沿线居住环境分析

摘　　要：TOD模式是以快速交通为导向,促使中心城区部分功能向郊区转移的城市发展模式.它所强调结构紧凑、混合高效性的土地利用方式,正是解决目前大城市可持续发展的关键.分析了TOD模式引导下2号线沿线居住环境,将其划分为商务商业主导型和产业园区配套型以及纯功能居住型.并认为2号线沿线的居住环境存在着功能不够整合,中心城区过度集聚,郊区吸引力不足分析等问题,并提出了相对的对策建议.Relying on rapid transits, TOD mode is a kind of development modes for cities which promote the shift of partial functions from urban areas to suburbs. Because of the high efficient utilization of land, this mode plays an essential role in solving problems of urban sustainable development at present. This article has completely analyzed living environment along the Shanghai Metro Line 2, which can be divided into commercial - business - oriented and industrial - oriented types, and points out that there exist some problems in the living environment along the Line 2. The lack of urban functional integration, the over - concentration in the downtown areas and the lack of attraction of the suburbs are the primary disadvantages. At last, the paper also put forward some countermeasures to deal with these problems.
