摘　　要：针对可扩展小波视频编码,改进了原有滑动窗运动补偿时域滤波结构,在最高级MCTF采用Haar小波提升算法代替原有的自适应MCTF结构。实验结果表明,改进算法在少量降低PSNR的情况下,减少内存开销约28%,减少编码时间约35%。We improve the old Sliding Window MCTF in the Scalable Wavelet Video Coding System, using Haar lifting decomposition instead of adaptive MCTF in the finally MCTF. Experimental results show that the memory cost is about 28% less and the coding times is about 35% less than the old method,with a little PSNR drop.
