摘  要:提出了基于复形法的继电器机械特性优化设计方法。针对满足分断速度最大、闭合速度最小的优化目标,建立目标函数,提出了复形法优化原理并编制了优化程序,并针对速度指标选取实例进行了优化。该方法可实现不同目标、复杂约束条件下的继电器机械特性优化设计,减少了计算量,改善了优化效果,可广泛应用于各类继电器结构参数设计。The optimization design of mechanical characteristics of relay was proposed based on complex method. The target function was buih aiming at the optimization target of maximum breaking velocity and minimum making velocity. The optimization principle based on complex method was proposed and the programs were compiled. Practical relay was optimized based on the velocity index. This method can realize optimization design of mechanical characteristics under different target and complicated restricts. Calculation was reduced and effect was improved. It can be used in structure parameter design of differenct relays.
