摘　　要：通过对断路器技术专利的检索和统计分析,分析断路器技术各发展阶段的专利申请情况、专利申请趋势、专利状态分布、专利申请人所属国、主要申请人等,从而得出该领域科技产品研发情况,了解我国企业在领域内所处地位及核心技术拥有情况,进而为我国断路器企业提升科技竞争力,促进断路器产业快速发展提供参考。By retrieving and analyzing the circuit breakers＇ technology patents＇ statics, its situation, trend, distribution,applicants＇ nationality, primary applicants in different developing period were analyzed, then the researchand design situation and the national enterprises＇ position in this field, along with the key technology＇ s possession were obtained, which can be a reference for promoting our national enterprises＇ technological competitiveness and rapid development of circuit breaker industry.
