摘　　要：介绍了一种具有两线接口的铁电存储器FM24CL04在脱扣器寿命测试台系统中应用。详细描述该器件的基本结构、工作原理和使用方法,设计了以C8051F020单片机为控制核心的脱扣器寿命测试台系统,并给出了FM24CL04读写操作程序。运行结果表明,该测试台抗干扰能力强、使用简便、成本低,且节省了访问时间。The application of ferroelectric memory FM24CL04 with 2-line interface in the test system for releaser endurance was introduced. The basic structure, working principle and way of use of this memory were expounded. A test system for releaser endurance with microchip C8051F020 as a core was designed. The read ＆ write pro- grams of FM24CL04 were given. The operating results show this test system features with high anti-interference ability, convenient operation, low cost and shortening the accessing time.
