摘　　要：用户供电可靠性是供电系统全方位工作质量和管理水平的综合体现。近年来,通过对供电可靠性技术指标的分析来指导生产和管理实践,日益得到广泛重视。介绍了郑州供电公司常用可靠性技术指标,通过以"供电可靠性综合管理信息系统"统计数据为基础的2007年公司可靠性管理综合指标的分析统计,找出影响公司中压用户供电可靠性指标的主要单位及其薄弱环节,有针对性地提出了专项治理措施,经基层单位实践,取得良好效果。Power supply reliability index comprehensively reflects the overall work quality and management level of the power supply utilities. In recent year, directing production and management practice by analyzing the technical index of power supply reliability has been widely emphasized. The paper introduces the common used technical index for power supply reliability adopted by Zhengzhou Power Supply Company. Through the analytic statistics of comprehensive management index of the company in 2007, which is based on statistic data of ＂the integrated management information system of power supply reliability＂, the paper finds the main subcompanies and their weak points which influence the reliability index of the company＇s MV customers, proposes special improvement measures which have achieved good results after practice in subcompanies.
