高层综合性大楼供电模式的优化

摘　　要：分析了高层综合性大楼目前的供电模式及存在的问题,指出用户专用变压器供电模式已不能适应高层综合性大楼的用电需求。提出了供电到户的新供电优化模式,并对优化模式的供电方案、电气设计、设备的配置、维修的责任分解点等研究结果进行了介绍。结合具体的应用实例,说明优化供电模式适应当前社会发展和用户的需求,也规范了营销管理。The paper analyzes the present power supply mode for multipurpose high buildings and its existed problems, and points out that the power supply mode by special transformers for users is no longer suitable to the need of multipurpose high buildings. Some suggestions about new optimized mode of supplying power to customers, and its power supply planning, electric system design, configuration of equipment and the maintenance duty interface point between utility and customers are introduced. In combination with an example the paper describes that the new optimized mode can meet the need of social development and customer＇s requirement, and meantime standardize the marketing management.
