银屑病患者白细胞流变性和白细胞CD18表达及血清sICAM-1浓度的变化

摘　　要：目的　探讨白细胞流变性和细胞粘附分子 (CAMS)表达与银屑病的关系。方法　采用EL ISA法、红细胞变形能力测定仪和体外血栓血小板粘附两用仪检测了 115例银屑病患者和 89例健康人白细胞 CD18表达、血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子 - 1(s ICAM- 1)浓度、白细胞滤过指数 (L FI)和白细胞粘附率 (L AR)的变化。结果　银屑病患者白细胞 CD18表达、s ICAM- 1浓度、L FI和 L AR均明显增高 ,与对照组比较差异均有显著性 ,且随着银屑病皮损加重 ,各指标增高逐渐明显。银屑病患者 L FI、L AR与白细胞 CD18表达和 s ICAM- 1浓度呈正相关 ,L FI与 L AR呈正相关。Objective To explore the correlation between the leukocyte rheology, cell adhesion molecule(CAM) expression and psoriasis. Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), erythrocyte deformability apparatus and in vitro thrombus and platelet adhesion dual purpose apparatus were used to determine the changes of leukocyte CD18 expression, levels of serum soluble intercelular adhesion molecule 1(sICAM 1), and the changes of leukocyte filtration index(LFI) and leukocyte adhesion rate(LAR). Results The leukocyte CD18 expression, sICAM 1 level, LFI and LAR were significantly increased in patients with psoriasis than those in controls(P<0.01), and along with the exacerbation of psoriatic skin lesions all the above parameters increased (P<0.01). The LFI and LAR in the patients were positively correlated to the expression of leukocyte CD18 and the sICAM 1 concentration (r=0.718, 0.669, 0.626, 0.680, P<0.01), LFI was positively correlated to LAR (r=0.588, P<0 01). Conclusion These results indicated that the abnormalities of leukocyte rheology and the increase of CAMs expression were closely related to the pathogenesis of psoriasis and the severity of psoriatic skin lesions.
