康复新液冲洗消毒根管的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价康复新液冲洗消毒根管的临床疗效。方法选择需作根管治疗术患牙240颗,分为试验组和对照组各120颗。试验组采用康复新2倍稀释液冲洗根管,浓缩液作为根管消毒药物;对照组采用15 g/L氯亚明液冲洗根管,氢氧化钙药捻消毒根管。分别对患牙根管治疗的临床疗效、疗程及根管预备封药前后临床症状的变化进行评价。结果康复新液组与氢氧化钙组冲洗消毒根管的临床疗效差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论康复新液用于根管冲洗消毒有良好的临床疗效。Objective Evaluate clinical effect of kangfuxin ye on infected root cannals. Methods 240 teeth were collected from clinical patients, and randomly divided into two groups. In experimental group, 2 times dilution of kangfuxin ye was used as irrigating solution and concentrated solution was used as intracanal disinfectant medicament, while in control group 15 g/ L Tosylchloramide Sodium irrrigating and calcium hydroxide disinfecting root canals were adopted. Clinical therapeutic effect, treatment period and syndrome alteration during appointment were evaluated. Results Kangfuxin ye has the same clinical effect as calcium hydroxide （ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Kangfuxin ye can be used as irragtion and disinfection medicament in root canals.
