摘　　要：以江门某建筑的垂直变形监测为例,结合建筑物的结构和地基地质构造,阐述垂直变形监测点的布设方法及相关注意事项,并通过数据处理和分析,判断该楼盘垂直方向无明显变形,文章最后根据讨论给出几点建议。Taking the vertical deformation monitoring of a building in Jiangmen as an example, combined with the structure of building and geological structure of foundation, this paper discussed the observation points layout methods and relevant attention points in verti- cal deformation monitoring. Through data processing and analysis, it showed that the building has no obvious deformation in vertical direction. Finally,it presented several suggestions according to the discussion.
