摘 要:采用自行研制的高压振动注塑装置,在保压过程中对聚合物熔体施加低频振动,成型聚丙烯(PP)/有机蒙脱土(OMMT)纳米复合材料制件。对样品进行了力学性能测试,并通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、广角X射线衍射仪(WAXD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析制件的内部聚集态结构。结果表明:在振动场的强烈作用下,复合材料的内部聚集态结构明显变化,蒙脱土在基体中的分散性得到有效改善,复合材料的力学性能得到提高,制件沿剪切流动方向的冲击强度比纯PP制件提高了740%。By using self-made dynamic packing device,low-frequency vibration was applied on the melt of PP/OMMT nano-composite, and then the PP/OMMT particles were produced. The mechanical property and the internal structure of the particles were analyzed by the mechanical property test equipment and the differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), the wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) and the scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that the internal structure of the composite was changed obviously and the dispersion of OMMT in the matrix was improved significantly. The mechanical properties of the composite samples were improved. The impact strength, which being parallel to the shear direction, of the PP/OMMT particles was increased by 740% than that of pure PP particles.
