摘　　要：随着国民经济发展和人口城市化进程加快,我国住宅建设持续空前发展,本文阐述了国内外轻钢结构住宅体系的组成、分类和特点,分析研究了国内外轻钢结构住宅的发展现状,在此基础上针对存在的问题提出了建议。As the population urbanism process and development of national economy accelerate, the residential construction of our country lasts to develop unprecedentedly, The composition, categories and merits of the lightweight steel housing at home and abroad are steel housing introduced. The development actuality of the lightweight is analyzed. Some advice on the present problems is put forward in the paper.
