摘  要:湖南湘潭电厂二期工程C60泵送混凝土掺入超细粉煤灰(UFA)等量取代水泥30%,并采用卵石成功配制了UFA高性能泵送商品混凝土。通过试验室及现场试验相结合,综合测试了混凝土各项性能。结果表明,混凝土拌合物性能优良,坍落度达到18 cm以上,坍落度损失小;硬化混凝土28 d强度满足工程要求的C60强度等级。试验室的耐久性试验结果表明,UFA高性能泵送混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性优良,干缩、抗裂性能等均优于普通混凝土。With the production of C60 pump concrete that is used for the second-stage project in Hunan Xiangtan power plant, ultra-fine fly ash (UFA) that replaced 30% equivalent cement was added into concrete, UFA high-performance pump premixed concrete was obtained by using river pebble successfully, and its some properties were studied by the combination of laboratory and site test. The results indicated that the workability of UFA concrete was well. The slump surpassed 18cm and the slump loss was small. The 28d strengths of the hardened concrete met the construction requirement that should conform to C60 strength grade. It is shown that the Chloride penetration resistance of UFA high-performance pump premixed concrete is excellence according to the experimental results of durability, the dry shrinkage resistance and cracking resistance are better than the ordinary concrete.
