针刺对快速老化痴呆模型小白鼠行为学影响的实验研究

摘　　要：本研究采用老化度评分、十字高架迷路实验、穿梭箱实验等行为学实验方法,在对快速老化痴呆模型小白鼠(SAM—P/8)行为学特征进行系统观察的基础上,重点研究了醒脑开窍针法对其行为学异常改变的影响。结果表明:SAM—P/8具有明显的脑老化行为学特征,处于智能低下状态,是研究老年痴呆比较理想的自然发病模型。醒脑开窍针法的作用主要表现为:延缓衰老,改善低恐怖不安状态,提高学习及记忆能力。By adopting scoring method on the degree of senilization and methods of high cross frame labyrinthine experiment and shuttle box on the basis of systematic observation on behavior characteristics of rapid senilized dementia in SAM - P/8 model, the effect of acupuncture method for wakening the consciousness and opening of orifices was observed. Results showed SAM -P/8 revealed apparent senilized characteristics of brain, being in a low intelligent condition, which is a rather ideal model for the study of natural damentia in the elderly. The acupuncture methods revealed an action of delaying senility process, improving the condition of frightening and increasing the ability of learning and memory.
