摘 要:根据弧齿锥齿轮的加工原理,基于齿轮啮合理论,由刀盘参数详细推导了大轮和小轮的齿面方程,根据一对齿轮的加工参数在MATLAB中计算并采集了齿面数据,在Pro/E中对数据进行了光顺滤波去噪处理,建立了精确的弧齿锥齿轮展成曲面,得到的曲面数据更适合CAE分析,分析与检验表明建立的精确弧齿锥齿轮齿面几何模型精度高。通过建立的弧齿锥齿轮几何模型可以用于模拟装配、干涉检验、啮合动态仿真和进行有限元分析,为弧齿锥齿轮的优化设计、制造和分析检验打下了基础。According to the processing principle of spiral bevel gear, the tooth - surface equations of gear and pinion were deduced in detail from the cutter parameters based on gear meshing theory. The data of tooth - surface were collected and calculated in MATLAB according to machining parameters of a pair of gears. Surface - fitting was based on the data denoising and smoothing in Pro/E. 'l'he accurate generating surface was established. The data of generating surface was helpful to gear CAE. The test results indicated that the accurate tooth - surface model of spiral bevel gear has high precision. The 3 - D model of spiral bevel gear established can be used for simulating assembly, interference inspection, dynamic simulation of engagement and FEM. The work in this paper lays the foundation of the optimization design, manufacturing and analysis of spiral bevel gear.
