摘　　要：应用演化经济学的分析方法研究产业组织变迁的动态。产业内各企业为追逐创新利润而进行的组织学习是产业组织变迁的动力,产业组织会在创新的产生和传播的过程中向更有效率的方向演进,不同国家的产业组织形式在演化过程中受到各自选择环境的影响,具有路径依赖性,因而呈现多样性。By using methods of evolutionary economics, the paper makes a study of the movement of industrial organization. In order to pursue more profits, the study organized by enterprises in different industries is the driving force for the changes of industrial organization. Industrial organization can move towards more efficiency in the process of innovation. Due to different environments, there are different kinds of industrial organizations in different countries.
