摘　　要：检察机关恢复重建30年来，特别是自党的十五大以来，全国检察机关按照中央的部署推进了一系列体制机制改革。Since the reinstitution and reestab lishment of organs of public prosecution in China 30 years ago,particularly since the convening of the 15^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China （CPC） in 1997, organs of public prosecution across China have undergone a series of systemic and institutional reforms in accordance with the planning of the CPC Central Committee and the Central Government.
