腓肠肌内侧头肌瓣转移术修复小腿中上段骨外露创面的应用

摘　　要：目的:总结腓肠肌内侧头肌瓣修复小腿软组织缺损骨外露创面临床应用效果。方法:对19例严重外伤所致的小腿开放性骨折或因慢性骨髓炎伴小腿中上段皮肤软组织缺损、骨外露患者,采用腓肠肌内侧头肌瓣转移术加游离植皮术修复。结果:19例肌瓣全部成活,植皮全部成活,创面均Ⅰ期愈合。皮瓣质地优良,外形与功能满意。结论:腓肠肌内侧头肌瓣切取方便,血供可靠,易存活,实用性强,是修复小腿中上段软组织缺损伴骨外露创面的理想选择。Objective. To sum up the clinical effects of the treatment of sofe tissue defect in the leg with exposed bone by using medial head of gastrocnemius muscle flap. Method： 19 cases with the post - traumatic skin and soft defect combined with fracture bone exposure, chronic osteomyelits in the upper two - thirds of the leg were repired with medial heal of gasteocnemius muscle flap transfor of free skin grafe. Result： All muscle flap survived completely in 19 cases the leg area healed quickly. The shape and function reached satisfactory results. Conclusion： The muscle flap from medial heal of gastroeemius could be operated easily, owned reniable blood supply and used widely. The flap is an optimal choice for repair of sofe tissue defect in the leg with exposed bone.
