体外射频联合药物治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察前列腺体外射频联合药物治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将69列患者随机分成AB两组均采用前列腺体外射频进行治疗。A组射频联合药物:氟罗沙星0.4静滴1次/d,芦氟沙星0.2 1次/d,口服,克拉霉素0.5 2次/d,口服。B组单纯用射频治疗。结果:A组的治愈率较B组高。两组比较差异有极显著性(X2=17.16,P<0.01),(Hc=7.111,P<0.01)。结论:射频联合药物治疗慢性前列腺炎优于单用射频治疗。Objective： To observe the effect of external RF hyperthemia combined drug therapy in treating chronic prostatitis. Method： 69 cases were divided into group A and group B randomly. In group A- External RF hyperthemia combined drug therapy were adopted, 0.4 fleroxacin were intravenous injected once a day, 0.2 rufloxacin were taken orally once a day, 0.5 clarithromycin were taken orally twice a day. The external RF hyperthemia were used singlely in group B. Result： The cure rate was higher in group A than that in group B. There~ significant difference between two groups （ X^2 = 17.16, P 〈0.01）, （ Hc = 7.111, P 〈 0. O1 ）. Conclusion： The external RF hyperthemia combined drug therapy in treating chronic prostatitis is superior to external RF hyperthemia using singlely.
