摘　　要：目的:探讨系统护理干预对儿科腰椎穿刺患儿的影响。方法:将64例腰椎穿刺患儿随机分为观察组(34例)及对照组(30例)。观察组在此基础上实施系统护理干预,包括认知、心理和行为干预等,对照组采用常规护理。结果:患儿配合情况、疼痛程度两组比较,差异有显著性意义(均P<0.01)。结论:系统护理干预可以舒缓患儿的紧张情绪,降低其疼痛程度,使腰椎穿刺顺利进行。To explore the effect of systemic nursing intervention in children subject to lumbar puncture. Method： 64 children patients compared group （ n = 30 ）. Compared group systemic intervention besides routine nursing were randomly divided into the observed group （n = 34 ） and revcieved routine nusring care, and observation group applies care, including cognition, mental and behavior intervention and so on. Result： The differences between the two groups in cooperating and sore levels were remarkable significant（P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： Systemic nursing intervention can ease the children patients＇ nervous emotions, reduce their sore level and make lumbar punture proceeded easily.
