广东省惠州市惠阳区院前急救患者流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的了解惠州市惠阳区院前急救患者流行病特点。方法采用前瞻性资料收集的方法,对惠州市惠阳区2005年-2007年120受理出诊患者的性别、年龄、出诊的病种等进行调查并统计分析。结果本组资料3年120受理出诊的患者。男女比例1.6：1。高发年龄为中老年。创伤患者占第一位（31.2%）。5、6、7、8、1月份出诊患者最多。21∶00-5∶00为出诊高峰时间。结论加强院前急救网络建设,完善救援应急措施,可以提高院前急救的成功率。Objective To study the characteristics of prehospital patients in people＇s hospital of.Method The data,including gender,age and entity of the patients treated by 120 Emergency Center of Huiyang,Huizhou from Jan.1st.2005 to Dec.31st.2007,were collected and analyzed.Result The patients were treated,and the ratio of male to female was 1.6：1.The patients were centralized in middle age and old age,and most came to hospital in May,Jun,Jul,Aug and Jan.The daily peak time was between 21：00 and 5：00.Wound diseases were the most,and accounted for 31.2%. Conclusion To increase pre-hospital care achievement ratio,it is necessary to optimize the rescue project and equipments and reinforce emergency network of propre-hospital care.
