摘  要:目的寻找能有效检测水体锰污染的生物标记物。方法将斑马鱼分别暴露在4个不同浓度的MnC l2溶液中,7天后,研究肌肉、肝脏和鳃3种组织的锰富集量及SOD、CAT、ATP酶活性和MDA含量的变化。结果锰富集量依次为肝脏>鳃>肌肉,SOD和CAT酶活性及MDA含量的变化在一定程度上反映了锰对斑马鱼的损伤作用,但与锰浓度的剂量效应关系不十分明确。不同浓度的锰对3种组织的ATP酶活性有不同程度的抑制作用,ATP酶活性随着锰浓度的增加而下降,呈现出一定的剂量效应关系。结论ATP酶活性的高低可作为水体锰污染的参考生物标记物。Objective To identify the biomarker of water Mn^2+ pollution. Method Brachydanio rerio was exposed in 4 different MnCl2 solutions for 7 days.The Mn^2+ and MDA contents,and SOD,CAT and ATPase activities were determined in the muscle,liver and gill,respectively.Results Under the respective concentration,the Mn^2+ bioconcentration was progressively increased from the muscle,liver,to gill.The changes of SOD,CAT and MDA could reflect the damages under the respective Mn^2+ concentration in some degree,but the dose-effect relation was not identified.The ATPase activity was decreased with the increasing of exposure to Mn^2+ concentration,which showed a dose-effect relation. Conclusion The level of ATPase activity may be considered as a biomarker for the water Mn^2+ pollution.
