摘  要:目的研究藤茶总黄酮(TCF)抗肝纤维化的作用。方法59只雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组和TCF组(分高、中、低剂量组)。于12周末观察各组肝脏形态学改变,检测各组血清透明质酸(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、Ⅳ型胶原(CⅣ)水平以及肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果TCF能显著降低大鼠血清中HA、LN、PCⅢ、CⅣ的水平(P<0.05);与模型对照组比较,TCF组的SOD活性显著增高,MDA的含量明显降低(P<0.01)。结论TCF能有效降低大鼠体内脂质过氧化水平,防止体内抗氧化酶受自由基诱导的氧化损伤,抑制大鼠肝纤维化的形成。Objective To explore the mechanism of tengcha flavonoids's(TCF) resistive effects on hepatic fibrosis. Methods Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats were randomly divided into five groups which include control group,model group and treatment group(including high doses group,medium doses,low doses group).The model of hepatic fibrosis was induced by hypodermical injection of carbon tetrachloride(CCL4) in rats.After 12 weeks,the level of hyaluronic acid(HA),laminin(LN),procolagen type Ⅲ(PCⅢ) and collagen type Ⅳ(CⅣ) in serum were measured,the contents of SOD and MDA in hepatic tissues were analysed by using colorimetry and improved TBA colorimetry.Results TCF could reduce the serum level of HA,LN,PCⅢ and CⅣ,the SOD activity of TCF group rose clearly,MDA decreased obviously(P〈0.01). Conclusion TCF can prevent the hepatic fibrosis in rats through decreasing lipid peroxidation and preventing oxidation to injury anti-oxidase.
