摘 要:目的探讨IL-18水平在婴幼儿哮喘中的变化和意义。方法采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测30例哮喘患儿和20例健康对照组患儿血清中IL-18、IL-4和INF-γ的含量,并对检验结果进行统计学处理。结果与对照组相比,哮喘患儿血清中IL-18和INF-γ的含量明显增高(IL-18:202.61±72.30与154.49±48.50 ng/L,P<0.01;INF-γ:64.36±25.72与43.29±22.24 ng/L,P<0.01),IL-4的含量降低(206.20±88.66与228.38±81.79 ng/L),但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论婴幼儿中哮喘患儿血清IL-18表达增高,可能参与了哮喘的病理过程。Objective To explore the role of serum IL-18 in children with asthma. Methods The serum levels of IL-18,IL-4 and INF-γ were detected by ELISA in 30 asthma patients and 20 healthy controls. Results The levels of IL-18 and INF-γ in patients with acute asthma were significantly higher than healthy control group(IL-18: 202.61±72.30 vs 154.49±48.50 ng/L,P〈0.01;INF-γ: 64.36±25.72 vs 43.29±22.24ng/L,P〈0.01).Allergic asthmatic patients showed lower plasma IL-4 levels than normal controls(206.20±88.66 vs 228.38±81.79 ng/L ng/L),but the differences were not statistically significant(P〉0.05). Conclusion The serum IL-18 is high in patients and it suggests that IL-18 might play an important role in asthma pathogenesis.
