摘　　要：面向飞机制造厂的实际生产需要,为飞机蒙皮拉形的工艺设计、分析及生产等提供全面、完善的支持,该文运用JBuilder2005和Dorado5作为主要的开发工具,以Oracle9i作为数据库管理系统,建立了蒙皮板材性能、工艺设计与分析参数、工艺审查等功能模块,解决了分析中大量文件图片等对象的上传与下载、与数字化工艺设计系统ASSFCAE的接口,以及基于知识的工艺匹配与推理等关键技术,开发了一套B/S架构的飞机蒙皮拉形工艺的知识库系统。应用实例表明,该系统具备进行蒙皮零件工艺性审查,和为工艺分析提供设计信息参数等功能,具有较好的实用价值。In order to fulfill the aircraft manufactories＇ practical needs and give support to the design, analysis and manufacture of the aircraft skin stretch process, the aircraft skin stretch forming knowledge base, which is based on B/S architecture, has been developed. JBuilder2005 and Dorado5 have been used as the main developing tools. Oracle9i has been used as the database management syster. This knowledge base has several modules, including material property module, process design and analysis module, process examination module, etc. Many key technologies, such as the upload and download of files, the interface for the numerical process design system-ASSFCAE, and the process matching or illation based on knowledge, have been worked out. It has been proved by the practical use that this knowledge base has many useful and important functions, such as skin process examination and providing information and parameters for the process analysis. Therefore, this knowledge base has been highly valued.
