基于ArcSDE和SQL Server2000的洪涝灾害救助决策支持系统空间数据库设计研究

摘　　要：空间数据库能否得以充分利用的关键在于解决用户应用系统与空间数据库的数据传输问题.在众多的解决方案中,空间数据库引擎(SDE)备受关注.本文基于ArcSDE和SQLServer2000来建立洪涝灾害救助决策支持系统空间数据库,对空间数据库技术、建库、管理系统的实现方法进行了探讨.研究表明空间数据库引擎(SDE)技术比传统空间数据管理效率高、数据共享性好,可以获得数据库系统有效支持、并可以在网络方面得到有效拓展,使得对空间数据的操作更加灵活自如.The key of whether the spatial database can be used sufficiently is to solve the problem of data transmission between user application system and spatial database. In so many solutions, spatial database engine attracts much more attention. In this paper, the authors built up the spatial database of flood salvation decision - making system on the base of ArcSDE and SQLServer, discussed the technology and building of the spatial database, as well as the realization method of manage system. The research indicates spatial database engine （SDE） technology has high efficiency, well data share, also can get efficient support of database system and efficient development in network application, in contrast to tradition spatial data management. Spatial database engine made the operation of spatial data more free.
