摘 要:增强子诱捕是研究基因与调控元件功能的有力工具,自1979年建立以来,已在原核生物、真核生物和哺乳动物中得到了广泛应用。家蚕作为重要的鳞翅目模式昆虫,随着其基因组测序的完成,家蚕研究进入功能基因组时代,增强子诱捕技术有望在家蚕新基因的发现和功能研究方面发挥重要作用。本文简要概述了增强子诱捕的研究进展,并展望了其在家蚕中的应用前景。Enhancer trapping has been regarded as a powerful tool for functional analysis of novel genes and regulatory elements. Since its establishment in 1979, this technical system has been widely applied in the organisms from the prokaryotes (such as Escherichia coli) to the eukaryotes (such as Mouse). Silkworm is an important lepidopter and the draft sequence for its genome was finished in 2003. Since then, the research of this model insect of Lepidoptera has entered into an age of functional analysis of novel genes and enhancer trapping is expected to play an important role in this respect. This paper presents a brief review of the progress in the researches of enhancer trapping and discusses the prospect of its application in silkworm, Bombyx mori.
