摘　　要：电子商务时代的来临,使得农业企业会计信息化面临机遇和挑战。本文从面临的机遇、挑战和建设策略三方面对电子商务环境下的农业企业的会计信息化的建设进行了探讨与分析。With the E-commerce time approaching, the agricultural company accounting information faced with the opportunity as well as the challenge. This article discussed and analyzed agricultural company＇s accounting information construction in erms of the opportunity, the challenge and the construction strategy ,which the electronic commerce environment faced.
